This generation of highly skilled athletes requires holistic training to enhance strength and mobility, prevent injuries, and ultimately foster better performance and resilience.
The Agility Academy Program
Founded by a personal trainer, a physical therapist, and a parent of competitive athletes, Agility Academy is an 8-week, sports-agnostic performance program designed for athletes aged 8-12. We address the fundamental components of athletic development, functional strength, power, mobility, and coordination, empowering young athletes to achieve both short-term success and long-term resilience.
Holistic Training & Measurable Progress
Agility Academy quantifies progress through mobility and strength assessments that will be performed by a licensed physical therapist at the beginning, midpoint, and end of the 8-week program. These assessments inform the training and development athletes will receive to address weaknesses, restore imbalances, and enhance overall performance.
